they have their own language that is absolutely perfect to suit their needs. they have a built in form of currency: Teef (their teeth) which grow back without much issue and degrade after a few days, meaning that no ork can stash them and acquire a vast fortune. One tooth is worth one mug of fungus beer (a fluid that lessers in their species produce). the only way an orc can make a profit is by knocking teef out in battle.
They're immune to all natural illnesses and poisons, are incredibly sturdy (you can cut two orcs heads off and swap them, they will be able to control the new body without issues).
Their hierarchy is completely and totally fueled by merit (ork warbosses are created when orks respect one ork. same with nobs and such. merit = respect = growth in strength and size, not to mention intelligence).
There are nich orc archetypes that are mentally engineered to fit a need. oddboyz are absolute geniuses - preprogrammed to be so. same with mekboyz (they develope things instinctiely)
so on and so forth.
they have a species-wide psychic ability called the psychic Waugh field: the more orks that believe something, the more reality is effected so it works in their favor (their ships are literally just pieces of metal and electronics hammered together)

Orks don't need to learn either. Oddboyz are born with an innate knowledge of their field of expertise i.e. Painboyz just automatically know how to stitch up injured orks, mekboyz just automatically know how to build stuff. Plus the stuff orks know doesn't even have to be true objectively to work. If a group of orks believes something, it might as well be correct while their around. They think yellow painted rockets explode bigger and red painted cars go faster, so they do. Hell, 99% of their technology shouldn't physically do anything at all and infact doesn't, if it's a non ork using it.

How do they follow the bible at all if all they do is complain and protest about everything and tell everyone theyre going to hell? There. But regardless, I presented my scholars and their evidence supporting the idea that Jesus did historically exist. If you wanna go "nuh uh, needs more evidence" then I apologize that you think what I've provided isn't enough, but maybe you should check your biases first.

The possibility of his divinity is entirely different - I upfront am willing to concede there is no physical evidence for that. But his historicity remains intact.

If you're a college kid, or have access to a college/university (preferably the latter), go talk to your professors at your history department, just like I did, and ask what they think of the issue - many, not just one, for a broad point of view. Then let me know what you think about all of this.

Okay, so you're saying it's part of the Christian history, but that's still not true. It was MADE to be part of it. You took the Jewish books and said "and then none of that was true any more, now here's what really happened."

User avatar #51 - skorve (08/28/2014) [-]
Do you know Christianity is? Or Judaism, for that matter?

Judaic tradition proclaims a Messiah, a savior to be sent by God (or to be Go
d himself) sent to Earth to fulfill their Law to its perfection and to save Jews.

Christians are Jews who believe the Messiah already came; Jesus being that Messiah. Considering, to Christians, he is God in human form, I'd say his word goes - and his word is "the old law is fulfilled - now here are the new rules".

So Old Testament is Christian history pre-Messiah. It's made to be a part of history the same way American kids learn European history so they can know where they come from.
User avatar #52 - YllekNayr (08/28/2014) [-]
Yes, I'm aware of how they interact.
But before Christianity was a thing, Judaism was a thing.

You can say "decided", but that completely takes the discussion away from what it is before and it just becomes a stupid "God's not real" "Yeah He is" "Hurr durr" "Durr hurr" and I'm not doing that garbage with a stranger on the internet.

Whether some people decided on their own (ignoring the staggering evidence of Jesus' existence, if not divinity) and then stood by that until they were murdered or jailed, believed a psycho, or believed in God, the end result is the same. I've explained how Christianity and the Old Testament interact.

That's all I got out of your comment. Considering it's dead wrong; the beliefs of the Westboro Baptist Church are in direct violation of the general teachings of Christ - hence the title of the religion being Christianity. In case you retort asking about the Old Testament - don't. The point of Christianity and Christ's coming was to reestablish a connection between a polite and loving God figure and his disciples, and in that effort to do away with old Jewish law of the Old Testament which was not grown out of religious principles but rather Jewish culture.

All you need to know is to add people and chat/call them.
I prefer using skype for Gaming as steam voice chat is **** .
And most of my friends don't have phones yet have ipods that have Skype.
Just get it to make him shut up,at least.

#940 to #939 - redfummer (08/28/2014) [-]
is it a messaging thing online like yahoo messenger or a phone thing
User avatar #941 to #940 - dehnoobshow (08/28/2014) [-]
Mix phone with messenger.
You can chat, then use voice call and video call.
