 Future Shop was the one who paid by commission (before it closed) and Best buy is basically a "specialized" electronic store comparable to Walmart and Target but with more focus on electronics, if you want answers to these questions you should talk to geek squad because they're trained (apparently). Future Shop and Best Buy were both owned by the same company which is why their products were similar Only true bonus to buying at Best Buy is the warranty programs (or used to be I haven't bought from there since Future Shop was around)  No. Geek Squad agents are not trained, in the stores. I worked for THE Geek Squad City warehouse as a CIA (Bench technician), and I had to constantly call up the store to rip them a new one for the most stupid shit they would send it in for. One store even completely shattered a laptop into numerous pieces and sent it to us in a fucking plastic bag and said, "Please repair." I could not stop laughing.  No they don't the closes thing they get to it are these stupid points or somthing along those lines that lets them get items at a discount | ||
