do you have any idea how fast 7200km/h is??? its 4 times the speed of sound and how much time doese it take for you to hear a friend yelling at you from lets say 100m??? its allmoust instantly, now divide that time by 4, so basicly she could be gone just after you shot the mofo... the bullet wouldnt even get out of the gun and she wouldnt be there anymore if she reacted quickly.

Well the whole "cut through bones" thing would really depend on how well sharpened the sword is, and judging by your lack of expertize on the subject I doubt you could keep the sword in very good condition.

Looks pretty heavy. People could either escape or land the first blow with the time it would take you to swing that thing.

Try using a katana or duel kunais, they would be less damaging but a lot more quick and accurate. Or of course, you could just use a gun like a real person.
