Alright, enjoyed a lazy saturday. What about you?

trying to make some decent plans.

Kinda feeling like ass... Head hurts. Neck hurts. I just feel blah. I need to get out of the house..

And you need plans to get out of the house? Can't you just go and do something yourself?
Whenever I really just want to go out of the house I just go into town and go to some of the stores I really like. Looking at camera's or drawings tablets I can never buy is always fun.

Waiting to see if my friend wants to after he gets out of work. And maybe we can do something. Meanwhile i'm gonna pop some migraine meds

And dang, is the headache that bad? I'm not sure how painful migraines are, but I have heard they are really bad. :/

Yeah I have chronic migraines. Like insufferable migraines that make me think a bullet is the only cure for the pain..
Been dealing with em for like 6 years. **** sucks...

But I know if I got out of the house with someone, it would go away in a few minutes...

And I started last Thursday. We had an introduction thing where we had to build small cars and race eachother. It was quite fun but not exactly what you expect when you go to a film/media school.

No too much, enjoying the last few days of my summer holiday.

I'm doing exactly the same D: Not looking forward to losing my free time to school all that much. But at the same time I just want school to get here so the anxiety of waiting for summer to be over will go away.

Kinda the same, but I love my study. So I don't really mind it that much. I am actually looking forward to working on new assingments and learning new things.
But the free time to do absolutely nothing will also be missed.

And hehe yeah, multiple people did.

Ech Studying isn't too bad. It's mostly just the superfluous boring classes that have no meaning. Or the teaching curriculums here in the US, which are absolute rubbish.
and make you question if what you're learning is actually valuable in any way..

And what do you study then?

I study theoretical and quantum physics. But i'll be majoring in Medicine.
Not quite in college yet so i'm taking college classes for pre-med school and responding to emergencies training.

Oh damn, that sounds super difficult. But also interesting.

And I do a study called Animation/Audiovisual design. It's basically all about making animation, video's, commercials, posters.. Stuff like that. A bit of everything.

Have you any skill in drawing animation?

Animation, not so much yet. Still have a lot to learn, but I've been making some walking cycles.

In the meantime I just try and make my drawing better, and I actually am quite pleased with my drawings if I say so myself.
This is one of my more recent ones, drew it for a friend of mine. Has to be one of my favorite works.

En haha, dat moet leuk zijn om te zien.
Ik was laatst ook op een bruilof waar iedereen hardstikke dronken was en ik niet, en dan zie je allemaal dronken familie leden. Best wel grappig om te zien.

Oh het kan geweldig zijn. Was laatst op een feest waar ik samen met 1 ander iemand nuchter was terwijl de rest dronken rond struikelde. Twee mensen bleven elkaars broek naar beneden trekken en iedereen zat, of lag op de grond, slap te lullen haha

Oh wow, haha. Ja dat soort dingen zijn erg leuk aan de enige zijn die nuchter is.

Hoe's je weekend so far?

Het is alright. ZIt alleen een animatie te renderen voor school en 1 frame heeft er 10 uur over gedaan.. Dat is wat minder.

Jou weekend?

Damn, 10 uur? Hoezo duurt dat zo lang? En mijn weekend is best oke, nu aan het leren voor m'n laatste tentamen met muziek op de achtergrond en gisteren de hele dag gewerkt. Heb je ook bijna vakantie?

Geen idee. Heb nu de grootte veel kleiner gemaakt, en nu gaat het gelukkig een stuk sneller.
En nice, altijd fijn om aan het laatste van iets te beginnen.
Ben nu ook bezig aan de laatste opdracht die ik moet inleveren.

En ja, na volgende week eigenlijk. Heb dan iig geen lessen meer.
Ga je nog wat leuks doen tijdens de vakantie?

Nog nicer wanneer je eindelijk klaar bent en kan relaxen, kan niet sneller gebeuren.

Wat is de opdracht? Wel het vele renderen waard? Haha

En same, na dinsdag ben ik eindelijk klaar en dan is het werken werken werken tot ik weg ga.
Ik ga de 26e naar Bulgarije tot de 2e en dan de 3e naar Frankrijk tot de 23e, veel vliegen, haha. Ga jij nog ergens heen of wat leuks doen?

Ja inderdaad. En het is een opdracht waarbij wij een trein moesten maken in 3ds max en die daarna laten ontsporen. Het resultaat is best wel goed geworden, maar is gewoon veel werk met renderen.

En nice, klint leuk.
Ik ga zelf niet naar het buitenland ofzo, maar we gaan in Nederland een beetje rondvaren. Wat wel leuk is I suppose.

Een boot

Nee maar ehm, ik weet niet echt wat voor soort boot het is. Het is best wel een grote boot met een keuken en slaapplaats erin. Maar het is geen woonboot ofzo.

En sure, als ik ooit klaar ben met renderen.

I haven't watched anime in ages, last one I watched was Toaru Kagaku no Index S.

Right now I'm watching Space Dandy, saw several posts about it, so figured I'd give it a shot.
It's pretty dandy.

Although it's a bit weird.

Oh yeah, I also saw quite a few things about that anime on here. The main character has like this greaser hairstyle right?
And aren't most anime's weird?

It should have been Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S.
Index is a different anime.

Well, yea... but not mos animes have the main characters die the very first episode...

And I think it's great, Toaru kagaku no Railgun is my favorite anime. I found S a bit less great, but I still enjoyed it.

It's about group of 4 girls who do stuff. And 2 of them have like superpowers.
(I'm terrible at explaining stuff)

And the show just like reboots every episode.. they already died the first episode, third episode or so they got rich, fourth they died and became zombies, and now they're alive and well, but broke...

And don't you have university or something now?

Oh that reminds me of a different anime, I think it was Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni. They just die every few episodes and then suddenly it's all fine. (not sure if I got the right name though)

Well it's 9 pm at the moment, so school would be over by now.
But it also starts next tuesday, still have a few days before I need to go back.

Damn anime and their weirdness. And forgot about time zones... ehh. Mine starts Monday, so also got a few days left of not doing anything.

Oh wow, that's really cool. I made a couple of animations I: last one I made was with photoshop, not the best program to make animations with, but like how they export gifs...
But ehh, not exactly that good.

And I'm studying commerce, this is gonna be my second year there.

Not the best animation, cause it was done in photoshop, and well, not that good with making animations with many frames... so couldn't make soft mouth transitions and stuff.
Plz don't judge me.

And it's nice, but it can get really boring really fast, as it is with many courses, cause sometimes they go over things so slowly, other times they just skim though something really fast and you're lost. Etc. Personally I just go to lectures, sit on my computer, browse ect, if there's something interesting, I pay attention, if not I browse. Then Every week we have an assignment, so I just read the textbook for about 30 minutes (basically something that would have taken me like 4 hours to learn if I payed attention to lectures and stuff) and do the stuff.
