All i'm saying is, as advanced as we could ever be, we will always have traces of animal in us, as a species.

Because we are human. And this is how humans are designed. We're animals just like everything else, and the first thing we look to is instinct. Men want attractive, subordinate mates because that is what nature intended. We defy nature for morality. I agree with that...but we are still animals.

Humans have forward facing eyes and sharp teeth, implying that we were designed to be predators, designed to kill. Yet humanity as a whole strives to move beyond killing to achieve peace. Males can constantly produce sperm to reproduce, implying that they should reproduce with multiple women, yet we have marriages and relationships. to say that's how we're programmed is to resign, to move beyond what our instincts tell us...that's progress.
