You just proved my point. Did it at any point in that assessment occur to you that although the peoples of South America do not have their continent in their country's name, they still may find it ignorant and arrogant for the citizens of another country to proclaim their nation the one and true 'America', consequently leading the rest of the world to often associate the word 'America' with said nation?

I in no way proved your point of being self-entitled as a nation (Even though, I will not deny that we are). And having had conversations with a few pure-blood Mexicans I go to school with (North American, but still), they complain if we call ourselves the United States. See, Mexico is made up of a bunch of separate states as well, so they find it arrogant that we refer to ourselves as such.

Having read everything on that page, and copying it directly from that page and the fact that the site has fans who make their own comics and send them in it's no wonder the fans get the credit.
