 Nope, already from the first episodes it's different and the anime original differs from the manga really early, I can't remember where it was because it has been around 10 years now but I think it started to make it's own story soon after they finish training with their master . While they still managed to create a pretty good story, which had some great twists, it doesn't compare to brotherhood. Also, while they have extremely different roles all characters I remember from FMA exist in FMA:B. If one were to compare them I wouldn't mind calling FMA shit, but comparing it with what else is out there it's really good. | ||
