I imagine that what you're saying is closer to saying that water is a solid because ice is a solid. I understand what you're saying, but energy and matter are different enough in physical properties that I think it is something you would differentiate as two different things, not just two of the same thing, in a different form.

A few things (you too, legyplegy ):
1) Most of the mass in, say, a brick, is due to energy. "The mass of the proton is about 80–100 times greater than the sum of the rest masses of the quarks that make it up"
2) At particle scales, energy and mass are really interchangeable in most cases. the electron-volt (eV) is often used as a unit of mass, energy, and momentum, in the same context!
So, it depends whether "matter" means 1. How difficult it is to accelerate something. 2. how difficult it is to accelerate something only if that something is a lone elementary particle. 3. how much gravitational attraction something has.
In case 1, most matter is energy. In case 2, energy and matter are distinct concepts (because of the 'rest mass' of particles. In case 3, all energy is matter. (I believe - at least according to general relativity. No idea about crazier theories ^^)
IMO, definition 1 is the best, which makes Brouwera right. Mass-energy equivalence is what makes it so hard to accelerate chunks of matter in everyday life, and it is not just some miniscule effect only relevant in nuclear processes.

ooh, right. Meant to also mention kaarvaag and liberalgodess .
So I mean. Saying "matter is energy" is justifiable, and I guess I'm just ticked at all the red thumbs on people who say "matter is energy". 'cause it's not something where the appropriate response to "matter is energy" is "OMG U DON'T KNO PHYSICS", it's "Yeah sure and maybe in a few cases not really". No argument needed.

It wasn't until about 400 years after Columbus that we tried to wipe out the native Americans; we had always coveted their lands, but we weren't even a country until 284 years later. Oh, and the population of natives went from 12 million to 237,000 from 1500-1900. I was talking more about the south american incan/mayan/aztec empires. by the way, the conquistadors were able to overthrow the empires wasn't solely because they we technologically advanced, they also were conducting shady business. They would bring warring tribes together, they would fight, and then they would kill the survivors. They were also thought to be a returning deity, and weren't seen as threat until too late.

Annie's combo changes depending on the scenario but to burst down single target, q(stun)-w-r-e(stun off)-q-w(stun)
This is assuming you built deathfire, and/or have blue buff.
With out deathfire or blue buff, combo stays the same but you wont get off the second q or w for a few seconds, so you need to run past the enemy as you are casting your combo so they can't make an easy escape.
If you have multiple enemies,
