I do however think that's too many circles. Makes you look almost like a Da-ladybug.

Quite a neat dress. Im not an expert but in my opinion the black dots could have been a bit smaller.

The torso piece is nice but looking at the gap between torso and shoulder piece I think that there is some mass missing to make the gap more prominent.

Looking at the wrinkles on the torso pieces it either means your stance isnt straight or you need a longer torso, but looking at your skirt and your alignement to the background (I might be wrong) it is probably the stance. The skirt could be a bit higher though, but pulling it up more wouldnt work because the dress seems to be meant to have cleavage, so Id say you should still grow a bit vertically atleast (and maybe partially horizontally).

You should also pull the gloves up more and straighten them.

Disclaimer: I am learning Engineering and not Tailoring and I am a guy who usually only wears monotone t-shirts and plain blue or grey jeans.
