The important thing to remember about sign languages is that they basically work the same as any other language, the only thing that changes is the method of actual communication changing from oral/auditory to manual/visual. All other basic principles remain pretty much the same, with little exceptions.

Linguistics means the study of language and languages in general. It often goes paired with knowing several languages but not necessarily.
Sign languages are different everywhere though many sign language families share similar roots. Some examples of sign languages include Auslan, American Sign Language (ASL), and Flemish Sign Language (VGT). These languages sometimes have borders that don't exactly match political borders, because deaf communities are often somewhat separate from the hearing populace.

Can you do some minor adjustments still? for the sake of my perfectionism?
I'd like the e in languagexplain to not be capitalized, and the first letter of Antics and Semantics to be capitalized instead.

Also the period at the end dpesn't seem necessary.
