| sometimes there are wait times for non-emergency surgeries, but that's about it. no wait times for me either. common misconception about free healthcare. there are only wait times in shitty coutnries that can't actually afford it. #202 -

I want to say he was from Vancouver, but I'm not 100% on that. Also get dental and vision. and every-time I fill a prescription I get 10 cents off each gallon of gas on my next refill. That shit adds up too! I got gas for 94 cents a gallon. Had Oxy, Vicodin, extra strength IB, and a tank full of cheep gas. You shouldn't drive on all that. I didn't need it. don't know why they gave me so much. Oh and I make more than enough to pay $1000 a year if I have too.  well those pull ups are not really bad form, its just a different kind of pullups. Also even in weight lifting and powerlifting noone will ever say "I put form before results". A lot of weightlifters will tell you that while training a good form is important lest you get hurt, but in a competition they dropped the form themselves in order to get that last bit of performance. But there is of course the problem that u mentioned about crossfit being a race. So every exercise is being trained in a way that allows you to finish as fast as possible. Especially people with no lifting experience beforehand risk getting hurt, so i cant deny that. | ||
