If you don't grab any S.P.E.C.I.A.L. bobbleheads level 217 is as high as you need to go, 209 if you get them all and that one item.
Level count past that only gives you more health, there is no cap.

So it's possible to get every perk? Jesus that's powerful

I've been an unkillable god since lv30...8? lv38 when I could get the last level of a perk.
And I'm playing on Survival where your damage is cut in half, enemies have double damage, and double health... I still one shot everything.

I still got a long ways to go i just hit lvl 8 last night and turned a laser rifle into a pistol
tried the app last night it's awesome for when you find all the holotape games cause then you can play them all on the go so it's like a free game

Telling you now, bullets are way more plentiful then energy cells, after lv20 .45 rounds are common.
and .38.... **** pipe rifles they suck... but I have over 5k of those... I hate pipe weapons, so weak

I'm only sticking with pipe at the moment since it's what i have the most ammo for besides energy, i glitched the cyrolator with the dog but not like it matters since i have no ammo for it

I thought pipe could be crafted into okay weapons... it kinda can... but it also kinda sucks, .38 not best quality ammo... even though it has quantity.

Yeah I heard it, and I really like his base song a hellva lot better.

Oh during the end with the lazor thing... it got me, the very very end of it, got me the firs time.

The Gaster blasters? Yeah i have a feeling when i face him i'm gonna spend awhile learning the patterns to just those

Yeah, the very end with the rotating ones where you just spin in a circle, those got me me, basically beat him that time, but wiffed it, redid it 2 more times after that and got it... 22 or 23 times in total to beat him.

Honestly his patterns aren't hard to get down, the biggest difficulty comes from you getting hit pretty much at all in phase 2, trying to heal it... hurts.

Those time skips look really tricky since you are moving one way and the next it's the danger route
