No it doesn't. Changing dialogue and recording extra audio is quite a bit of work. Since work costs money they would have had to consider whether this would bring in extra sales and whether those sales would cover the extra costs. The likely answer is "No." because most people wouldn't fucking care.

The last one might be regional based on folklore, and the "needing to warm up to strangers" thing is how I perceive Germans. And Finns.

If I was all happy and being familiar with you despite having only met you once, wouldn't you become annoyed? I think most cultures would, except Americans, but even then it's regional.

Well, that is exactly what I do.
I am open, friendly and way too close for comfort towards everyone, and never in my life did I hear "It's not normal for germans", just things like "Too close." or "Get of my lawn already, it's three in the night, I clearly said I am not interested you weirdo!"
