Depends on what part of Germany you live in. It's likely you live in the same area as some politicians because they are the ones who keep saying "we need to allow more immigrants into out country, there is plenty of space". The problem is that almost all immigrants live in poorer areas and the only immigrant the politicians see is the one who serves them there coffee in the morning.

Local MP is the same on PC & consoles. I don't even know what you're on about here and before you mention controllers, they can be used on the PC as well.

CoD is shit franchise, AC is dying, Batman Akrham was a true disappointment, but these are all faults of the developers, not the PC itself.

I've had this PC for 3+ years now. I've spent a total of 50 euros on it after buying it and htat's because i wanted something extra. Not expensive to keep at all. Literally a retard can clean it and if you still can't do it, there are services in a third world shit of a country that I live in which will CLEAN IT FOR YOU FOR FREE.
Technical stuff? No. Just no.
If you're still persistant, Google is still there. The only reason why a console would have less "Technical stuff" is because it has less things it can do.

Mods that have to be paid > No mods whatsoever
Plus, that was a very short & dark period on Steam which lasted FOR LESS THAN A MONTH and was cut out, completely erased and just admitted as a horrible idea.
I won't share my opinion, but if mates wanna get paid for the content they make, up to them. Still better than NO MODS WHATSOEVER.
