You have the option to have it as a regular screen saver, either with the black and white background or just the shadows playing on your desktop. There is also an option in the actual setup menu that comes with the download, to have it in a window instead of the whole screen. And there's an option to have it without the music. Oh! Forgot to mention the setup menu is in Japanese but it's real easy to figure out.

Anime isn't set apart from western animation simply because of where it's drawn. Anime has a host of stylistic differences in artwork, character development, plot, and tone. DBZ, with its retardedly simplistic one-dimensional characters and complete absence of plot, doesn't really meet the standard.

DB and DBZ may have been revolutionary when they first aired, but later anime built on that foundation and improved it to a degree that it's an insult to group them together under the same heading. DBZ is now more akin to a western cartoon than anything coming out of Japan.
But DBZ is probably the only Japanese animation you've ever watched, so you wouldn't know this.
