Ok, yeah that makes way more sense. controlling the vibrations could be pretty deadly, but just think of the therapeutic uses for that shit man.

I know nothing about writing and most of the words that come out of my mouth is normally bullshit so don't take my feedback to heart.
After reading it, it's hard to tell what you're actually trying to tell the reader, as if you're writing with no purpose. Most of it doesn't connect or flow too well, the structure is very iffy, and sometimes information doesn't seem so relevant especially in the second half when you suddenly transitioned to explaining the crocodiles.
If I can think of ways to be wary of next time you write, try writing as if you're trying to tell the reader something important, what can they get out of it from reading it. Also work on your transitions because it feels like you might be jumping from topic to topic a bit too fast. Lastly is structure which is still somewhat related to transitions, keep everything relevant and be more clear why it strengthens your idea/purpose.
Sorry if I went a bit overboard but keep at the writing! Just like drawing, you'll improve as long as you keep at it!

It's a bit of a rough draft and is should try to make it a bit more coherent and logical

Thanks i'll keep it and mind.
You didn't go overboard at all. People just saying "It's good. You should do more" is no use at all so this is exactly what i wanted. Thanks!

Honestly, I liked Korra's character development better than Aang. Aang never really changed that much. The only thing that really had changed by the end was that he was less goofy and more serious. Korra went through a massive change in character, from being a stuck up bitch to a level headed, yet still independent and strong avatar.

Aang never really suffered(yes, he had low points where it was worrying, i.e. when Azula shot him with lightning), but by the next few episodes he'd be back on his feet. Korra got fucked up a hell of a lot and went through some tough shit and had to change her whole personality to survive. I agree, TLA is better than LoK(that's mostly Nick's fault though, they screwed the LoK team over quite a bit), but when it comes to the two MC's I like Korra better.

"Aang never really suffered" dont mind the part where everyone he knew was dead
User avatar #53 - luqmanr (12/29/2014) [-]
I think Aang went through tougher and more massive shits than Korra. Most of Korra's problem was inside of herself, where Aang's problem was with the world that he needed to protect. Maybe Korra's a better role model for those struggling with themselves. But I like Aang better because he's much less bitchy than korra, lol.
User avatar #55 - samxdaxman (12/29/2014) [-]
Aang did go through more physical shit, but Korra had her fair share too. Korra went from being sheltered and just training, to being bloodbent several times, psychologically tortured, her identity being questioned, and a bunch of other shit. All within a few weeks.

Another thing, Aang was never questioned as the avatar. Korra constantly put up with people condemning her, trying to kill her, etc. So while Aang fought a physical war, Korra fought a physical and psychological war.
User avatar #56 - luqmanr (12/29/2014) [-]
I think loosing your entire family would destroy someone's mentality more. Aang would've been absolutely devastated knowing that he could've done something to help them, heck, it was supposed to be his responsibility to protect them, instead he ran away and got frozen for a hundred year. The guilt must be tremendous.

Suffering isn't measurable/relative?, but I still think Aang suffered more than Korra. But the portrayal of it, since it's more of a kids show doesn't really show it, and Aang is overall a more happy-jolly kid.
User avatar #21 - luqmanr (12/28/2014) [-]
yeah, because the show wasn't planned for 4 seasons, the story just doesn't meld well together. such a shame... still enjoyed it, though not as much as atla.
