But just a quick hint, even being Apex predators, if they aren't hungry, they can walk right past a seal and not think twice. So even if the penguin was truly there, the bears may not even attack it, if they weren't hungry.

you must want to become a deputy sheriff if you are going for a degree, which i respect, when my father left because of medical reasons the sheriff of the county personally begged my father to stay

Actually, I live in a pretty big area, just north of Denver Colorado, so to even be considered for a police officer position you have to have a 4 year degree, otherwise they wont even look at you.

Use artificial grass.
It doesn't give you the same feel of normal grass, but still, less work.
