That's said a lot, but Valve has always done this sort of thing.

It's assumed that they didn't release it because Ember Spirit and Legion Commander are almost out, and dealing with the bugs in that game would put those two heroes on hold.

Is there any servers with mostly English speakers? I tried using the American ones but most of the people spoke Spanish. God forbid actually communicating with your teammates right?

sadly no.
Even though there are english/spanish/russian specific servers they always all go on english servers.
Your best chance is just grouping up with some people you know and playing like that.

I work out at home using nothing more than a couple of dumbbells. I work out an hour and a half 2 to 3 times a week, same exercices everytime :
- start with push-up and squats
- lay on my bed, push dumbbells up, then crunches, then dumbbells side pushing, then crunches, then dumbbells front and rear pushing, then crunches
- stand up and go back to an alternance of push-ups, squats, planking, and various bumbbells exercices

works just fine !

I found the best results come from isolation. For example, do chest, leg, ab, shoulder/back, and arm workouts on different days. That way you just go really hard on a specific area, rather than just half-way working out your body every day.

Me, I just alternate between bench press and abs.
For bench press, I start at my max and do as much as I could do. I would wait until I felt ready to go again, lower by 10 pounds, and increased how much I did by two
For abs, I just got on the floor, and did a couple of workouts that you can find online
In a matter of two weeks, I've upped my benchpress max from 90 (I was a weakling, back then), to 160. And the machine I was working on had the handles close together, so it was much harder to push

You don't use your lats to carry around books. You use your erector spinae and glutes. Your shoulder are probably rolled way forward. You're gonna fuck your shoulders, m8. Put in some back work.

My back is really fucked up. I'm not sure how I can even stand, to be honest.
I went to a doctor regarding it, not even the stretches he prescribed helped it.

But, I live with what have, I use my legs to lift anything heavy at all, which is why I can probably lift 3 times my own weight using just my legs

As I said before, I have awesome legs
With my legs alone, I can lift over 250 pounds (excluding my own weight, of course)
And the bench press machine I use is more pulled together. So, during benchpress day, I'm exercising both my arms and my chest. During abs day, I work out my abdomen. And I've already built up lower body muscle

I have a huge build. I wasn't really muscular, but, a layer of fat was just covering my entire body, making it look like I was just normal guy.

Basically, you know the type of guys that look fat, but can bench press 200 pounds?
