| Goes abit beyone slice of life right? Had some very difficult situatons where I feel the pressure on me or felt really bad for the boy or girl. In the end was it something like they didn't become a couple because he was just kinda doing it to better himself and he didn't deserve a nice girl like her I dono I kind of forgot some It was also psychological but I think Slice of Life was the main theme. Also, I've read that the only reason they didnt end up as a definitive couple in the end was because in Japan, many mangaka get severely harrassed and recieve death threats by fans if they dont make certain ships canon in their series and sometimes they just get tired of the harassment so they either leave the ending open (like this one, where it can be implied to be a relationship or a friendship) or they end it with the couple the most aggressive fans ship just for appeasement.
