Stop. Stop demonizing people who think the immigrants should piss off. Nobody is going to accomplish anything like that. There are valid arguements for why we should help them and there are valid arguements for why we should not. The truth lies somewhere in the middle of those arguement extreams.
However, by calling people jerks and/or racists, you're dimminishing the debate by labeling the people who disagree with you all sorts of nasty names. Its no different than calling another person a school-yard level name like "booger brain" because they disagree with you.

This goes out to the anti-immigration people who shout equally as stupid insults at the pro-immigration people aswell.
Stop what you're doing, and listen to the opposing sides arguements. If you truely believe in the strength and durabillity of your convictions, you should be ready to defend them calmly and intelligently, instead of shouting stupid names at people.
