Well, if it's fake I guess there's nothing to it. I reckoned it would be a fairly funny deal. If he does consent to a tryout for a takeback, it's technically not theft, though, seeing as it is consent.

As long as the clause essentially means he automatically allows Wu Tang and Bill Murray one entry ticket to visit him at any time regardless of whether or not he's at home, it wouldn't be breaking and entering. That said, he could've bought the album with an arsenal of lawyers ready to still sue for it. I mean, it's not like he has a reputation to protect.
