Poor (02/15/2013) [-] Hey bro, I am under Keygen's command. I came to tell you there is no Keygen for GTA IV.
However, there is such a thing as a patch and a crack. A crack is something you move to replace the program's original exe and a patch is something you move to the directory of the game and start so you can make the crack work.
