Well, according to Bulbapedia, Hidden Abilities are only available a few different ways. Serebii says his is active, so I guess there's a chance he'll have it just running into him, but I'm not sure.

I've been team building, I've only caught the three Swords, missing Uxie, got Ho-Oh, none of the legendary dogs, none of the Regis, no Palkia, no Reshiram yet.

Well, Uxie you have to get between 20:00 and 21:00.

The dogs, you have to have Lugia or Ho-oh with you first. And they're minute based instead of hour. :00 to :20 is Raikou, :20 to :40 is Entei, and :40 to :00 in Suicune.

The Regis are a whole bunch of steps. And to get Regigigas, you have to give Regice a nickname and a frozen hold item.

Ho-oh is in Sea Mauville.

Reshiram, you need a level 100 Pokemon with you.

**** , I'd just bring over my guys from Y but I'm one of those weird stubborn people who won't bring my old pokemon over until I've completed everything in the game first and get a good team with the pokemon available. I feel like it's more fun that way.

I brought everybody from Y and just continued what I was doing. Filling my Pokedex and getting the ones I like up to 100.

I am gonna replay through Diamond, Heart Gold, Black, and Black 2 just to bring Pokemon up to AS.

Gotta catch em all some freakin way or another.
