It seems contradictory is all I'm saying, if you love someone and they "rape" you, but you still love them even after that, why is it considered rape?

Because love is not consent.
Lets pretend Hanako DIDN'T want to have sex with you, she still loved you and wanted you to be happy, even at her own expense.

But yeah, overall I do agree with you, it wasn't rape and this is made painfully obvious by the end of the story. As for what we think while it's happening? well, that's just one reason the games special, everyone interprets these things differently and the writing was good enough to hint at things and let your mind go into overdrive until things were explained.

If you've never gotten her bad ending then just believe me when i say, "kicking and screaming" are things you can definitely attribute to Hanako.

And a rape victim that loves you, is that an oxymoron or what? it makes no sense, like air turning into gold.

Ok fair point on the bad end (The one bad end I can't bring myself to go through is Hanako's... I've seen a lot of it though), I'd still consider the circumstances different but yes, she's capable of it.

And no, rape victims being in love with their abuser is absurdly common (RAINN says 28% of all rape), and of course that's not counting "Stockholm Syndrome" which is somewhat similar but not applicable to this situation.

Do not hide your shame young grasshopper, believe in your opinions! stand up for them!
Do not hide under the guise of anonymity!

And I don't think any sane player would have seen that scene as rape or abuse here's some points as to why.
-She did not refuse (No screaming, no kicking, etc)
-She went along with it (You gestured for her to come to you and she did)
-SHE WENT TO SLEEP NEXT TO YOU SMILING
-SHE BROUGHT YOU BREAKFAST THE NEXT DAY

emphasized the last 2 since they doesn't sound like anything a rape victim would do.

It's less "hiding behind anonymity" and more "I don't have an actual account right now"
I made this one to post one content and I just haven't bothered making a proper one yet.

And yes those are things a rape victim would do if they still loved you, just because she went along with it doesn't mean she wanted it.
(I mean we learn later that she kinda did, but you don't know that at the time)

Everyone who's played Hanako's route knows full well she'd be too timid to refuse outwardly, 'kicking and screaming' aren't things I can imagine her doing.

"operates in the us" and you stated that you can't post 16 year-old girls even if they are legal in Holland.

If the mods have 50 or so IQ they know what is legal and what is not and will act accordingly.....or they are just pissed off about bad Emi ending.

I'm not sure what you mean there in a lot of cases.
You quoted "Operates in the US" with no extra context... I can assure you it does if that's what you're asking. The ToS specifically states California, the age of consent in California is 18, therefore it doesn't MATTER if the subject is from Japan where the age is 21, or even Spain where the age is 13. 18 is the age the website is using.

I wasn't trying to say the mods are stupid, merely pointing out that going off ones experience in an American/Australian/European school they might think "Oh, highschool students, they must be about 16" but that isn't true.

I pretty well know already that the ban is likely going to stand, but I wanted to publicly call it out as being bullshit, and if nothing else it might help warn someone else who was going to post nsfw of Katawa or something similar.

You and other people asking this it will never happen. Me and other people are tired of anime making it to top page now to NSFW me and other people hate anime and don't want it. How can you even cry from something this stupid. It ruins stuff that SHOULD be on top page. Ill be anon because you would send people to flame me and other stuff that's all anon.
