Which means you now will and you'll be able to make new and more that is not dictated by the EU but by what the people of the UK WANT.

"In contrast the EU referendum legislation does not force the Government to automatically take Britain out of the EU.
But the political reality is that the Government has no choice but to follow through on the electorate’s wishes.
Politicians have repeatedly stressed that there was “no going back” if the British people voted to back Brexit in"the referendum."
A quote from your article.
We have a majority. 0.1% is also a majority vote. The referendum is over. The only thing that can change that is if the government decide to. A petition signed by people outside the UK, considering how there aren't enough sigs on the UK map provided, to boot, won't force it. The government can't go back on the majority vote.

Well they don't have to go through with the wishes legally, which is what you were saying, hence the article. The people really do not know what's best for them, we should never have been given a vote on this anyway. If the reasons for leaving were better that 'democracy' (which is retarded) or 'immigration' then people would be happier about it but they are not better than that.
People are regretting their vote as "they never thought it would happen anyway.
