I've had some friends who were born in Brazil and after I heard their description of the place, those type of cops are definitely needed there and I'd say they have a shortage. The European police force is a joke. Europeans will say "we might not have guns but our police do and they're well trained so we have few accidents" but they don't get tested much. It's easy to shrink your country's police force because you think it's not needed but the whole reason it's supposed to be strong in the first place is "just in case." If the immigrants find arms, they're fucked.

First person I've seen put the person they just knocked out into the safe position before they leave. Thought he was going over to punch him again at first.
I do want to know why he knocked him out though.
