I did a similar diet www.southbeachdiet.com/diet/ Went from 225lbs to 180 in a few months with exercise. You end up not being hungry all the time like you typically are. According to the science behind the south beach diet people are constantly in a pre diabetic state from eating foods that break down into mostly sugars, so your body pumps out extra insulin then when your blood sugar drops you get hungry again right away. Once you go the first two weeks without having excess sugars most high sugar foods aren't very appealing. | ||
