Well when their taxes takes out half your paycheck and the costs (the $5 shown above is a lie. It is more like 10$ for the meal, if you take into account tax on the food) so really they are making $12-15 after tax and their meal costs $10.

Whereas in America you make $8 and pay about $2 in tax, which you will likely get back after the tax return, which would move your income back to $8 an hour. So their meal is double ours and end income is 1.5x-2x ours. So it is anywhere from 25% worse in situation to the same situation as us. It is not better.

it does, doesn't it? at least in countries where you have to pay cash for the best medical treatment. which are, like, all the countries in the world.

srsly tho, i dont care if your against my opinion, but If you suffer from some weird mortal disease, having tons of money could mean the difference between life and death.
