 Later on, yeah, he's pretty much sick of the Joker's shit, sure. But, even then, his goal is to make everyone around him better people by example, so sacrificing his principles, even to kill monsters, contradicts that goal. And, yes, he's in a position to stop them from killing, and he does so by knocking them the fuck out, but then lets the courts decide from there. What's more, Batman is afraid that if he allowed himself to justify killing one of his villains, he wouldn't be able to stop using that same metric to justify killing all of them, and anybody else who gets in his way. His mercy has proven to be the right path, regardless, as numerous members of his mythos, like Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and Penguin have all gone straight at one time or another. | ||

Have you ever even had any other type of apple.  This guy is spot on. They were bred for size and sweetness only. Compared to other apples they have very little apple flavor. And there are better apples than granny smiths for eating if you like the sour taste. red's skin is too thick, both the skin and flesh are bland and the flesh is too dry. they also leave a poor aftertaste. Fuji and honeycrisps are my favorite and both are vastly superior to red's or granny smiths. pink lady and jazz apples are also quite delicious. the only way anyone in their right mind would claim red delicious is the best apple is if they had never tried anything else. #77 -
