You are right in some aspects sir, but only in the all encompassing forms of law.
For example, most of the book of Leviticus is Jewish specific law, a set of guidelines for all Jews to follow as God's chosen people so they may be set apart. In all your quoted verses the speaker is regarding a group of Jews, who should up until this time have been following theirs laws and customs. If the bible was this easily refutable, then it wouldn't have as big of a following as it does today. Any argument you can make without all the facts (which I'm know neither of us have my friend) has most assuredly already been made and most likely rebuked by the opposing side. Quoting scripture without full understanding of context and background gets neither theists nor atheists anywhere. Its a very sad fact and I sometimes weep for humanity because of it.
