Anyway, Mark Crilley, is a manga artist who does how to draw videos on Youtube, and I think that watching those videos will help you with your drawing skills. I myself have taken pointers from his videos, and he gives very great advice and has multiple videos on different subjects. You said on your content that you just started drawing like this, so I greatly recommend watching his videos, they will be a great help to you as they were to me.

I just make my decisions as if I were trying to befriend or date the person in real life. With Hanako I had to be careful, as I didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable, and make sure she was safe. With Emi I just had to run a whole freaking lot and make sure my heart was fine.
