If you're an asshole and insecure. You will hate LOL community cos you will be fighting and flaming them all the time and they will flame back and get into a massive shit storm. If you're not an insecure asshole you will just block anyone flaming and not reply you will be fine with no problems like i have been for the last 4 years i have played it.

League is fun but its too much of a time sink. Being locked into 30-60 mins of a game is too much for most peoples lives.

IF you have a lot of time to kill though then i would recommend it. Its fun and a lot to learn and all the 115 or so champs keep it fresh forever.

Never played smite but there is a reason smite is less popular and lower rated from what I have heard.

20 min forfeits are incommon. like every 10 games.

Cos when i grinded on my friends account from silver to plat for him I won 8/10 games by 20-25 mins, 1/10 dragged on to 1 hour and was anyones game since I was no longer fed enough to solo them and 1/10 my team surrendered at 20 mins even if I could carry them

Ah, you need to hit 30 and then play some ranked. People take them much more seriously. Normals are very casual and people just mucking around with friends or trying random stuff out they have never used before. Try and at least get to gold though. pre gold everyone has no idea what they doing and so anyone can stomp any game and the games are pretty 1 sided like you said.

It's divided really, I think both sides are right and both sides are wrong in the way they handled the matter.

First, as manager of a team or developers, and as a leader, you have to overlook everything around the project, so when you go about telling people in your staff to prepare and do tasks, like hiring an animator in this case, you have to make sure they also do it properly, if not, you take the responsability yourself in doing it, he didn't do that. Then it comes the matter of payment, his excuse was he made no money out of it due to video being deleted and no revenue out of it and such BUT the money is his project, his mmo, he's making money out of that, and even if it's just a trailer, that guy worked his ass of for it and deserves proper payment for it, doesn't matter the time or the things going around. Then the last part which makes everyone disgusting, when you're starting to get succes, you have to be down to earth and be humble in the way you do business because people look up to you, he said he's the only targed because he's popular, not true, he's the target because he's the big man, he's the manager, he should overlook everything going around, from the team he has going around him, to the trivial stuff like payment and timings and such, but instead he decided to act like a total douchebag and got most of the internet against him because he acts like a bully, he didn't even manage to get his point across properly because he didn't express himself properly.

Next on to the animator or nick or whatever his name his. When you talk with someone about a service, money should be around the first things you talk about, so you can get it out of the way properly and fast, you have to talk about the demand, then imediatly the costs of the service, he not only did not do it, but he didn't sign a contract either which is incredibly stupid and I'm on Tom's side here, you have to understand the value of the market and the value of your service and put a price on it as well ( I saw TB talk about this in the comment section of his vid aswell) or else stuff like this will happen and unfortunetly it will create confusion. Then he went around channels of youtubes and twitter, making himself a victim in front of the public ( and god knows the internet loves the underdog) and starting to manifest that way, I get it Tom didn't answer but you also have to understand that there are other ways of reaching out and settling differences, why not go to a lawyer or something ( may sound drastic but it really is not) instead of creating all this drama around.

Then theres the big confusion of Tom being called scammer and Nick being called a attention whore click bait whatever, all of this is because of that douchebag that is Kemmstar, he put them in a hostile enviorment, gave the prideful guy a pat on the back and let him go at the underdog ( again, internet loves the underdog) and even helped him and took his side at times, which created even more confusion and hostility between them.

In short this all could've been avoided if took through proper channels.
