This is just the starting point. I'm going to make gradual improvements as I go. right now, walking my route which is around a mile is all I can do without collapsing. Once that becomes easy, I'll start waking further. Once I've got that down, I'll start jogging. I'll faze out soda gradually, drinking less and less over time. Although I need to find some alternatives. I don't know if I can deal with nothing but water. Once that's done, I'll start working on the diet. That's going to be the hardest part, since I've eaten garbage my whole life, and don't know the first thing about a healthy diet. What you're suggesting is where I want to end up, but I don't have the willpower to get there overnight, and I know I'd quit if I tried. I like your idea of watching anime or a tv show on the treadmill. Problem is I don't have one. I also don't have the money for a gym membership, and I'm not sure there's even a gym in my town. I live in Podunk, Kansas. Population: jack shit.

kissanime mobile site links are downloadable but make your you look up everyonce in a while. The important thing is consistency. Try your best to keep a notebook with macronutrients tracked in (ie. calories, fats, protiens etc.) it'll be a bit tedious at first but will become second nature. Nothing happens overnight so don't get discouraged when progress is slow. also NEVER EVER LISTEN TO NAME CALLING, some asshole calls you fat while your on a walk is just an asshole who doesn't know how to spot someone trying to better themselves. Also instead of eating three meals a day try eating 4-5 smaller meals (try to keep the calorie count even to or lower than that of the three meals) to try and speed up your metabolism and curb your appetite. Calories in are calories out, as long as you consume less than you burn you will lose weight. try eating carrots instead of chips or rice cakes.

picture is what i look at everytime i feel like i've made no progress, i am 14 in the picture, i weighed 97lbs sopping wet. though im only 130 now at the same height 5 years later its good to know progress has been made. Good luck and try to have fun look forward to seeing your progress
