That combat rifle shoot 2 bullets, with 100 dmg you can kill deathclaw in few shots, and you dont wanna be close to him

>>#5, If you're gonna bother fighting at long range, long barrel is the way to go. Short barrel is generally only good for automatic weapons, as the hip-fire bonus outweighs the lower sighted accuracy. The long barrel, while being heavier and not quite as good for hip-fire, gives bonuses to sighted accuracy, range, and recoil; all things you'd generally like to have if you intend to use a weapon at long range.

All in all, the rest of the build kind of works together (though you may want to have a Marksman stock rather than Recoil Compensating, depending exactly what range you intend to use the weapon), but you really want to replace that short barrel as soon as possible.

I use this one because it has low recoil and shoot faster than long barrel(0.5 second), and the scope really helped me in glowing sea.

That's an interesting combo, then - if it works, it works. I can't bring myself to believe the barrel length had anything to do with the fire rate, though.
