If something is too hard, it's practically impossible. Like, say, if you need to hit the gym for 3-4 hours every day for months, after coming home from a 8-12h work day. That's practically impossible to do.

It's not really about exercise, but about diet. 1 hour of jogging burns about as many calories as a sandwich.

Weight gain comes from excess energy, so if you consume more than you need, you gain weight.

There isn't really a point where it becomes "practically impossible", just uncomfortable.
