if an "anchor baby" is such a problem, the best way to solve it is to deport the parents and give the baby up for adoption

instead of, you know, repealing a human rights ammendment just for the sake of preventing illegal immigrant children to being called citizens

because 1, they were born here. its their birthright to be classified as a citizen. and 2,the fact that there will be laws to the fact that your child will have to wait 18 years just to get his right to call himself a us citizen even though his entire family before him were citizens by birthright, and that at any point in time, he could have his "residency" revoked, or better yet, have his appeal to become a citizen revoked
