With incredible difficultly that's how. But in all reality I don't know how to just build a nuclear fusion reactor at home. Nuclear fusion isn't yet even efficient.
Although I wish I knew

how does one create cold fusion?
#3605 - jimmyfofibby (12/17/2014) [-]
Oh crap I'm sorry for answering so late, but I'll answer your question now. Cold fusion is a very theoretical and hypothetical type of nuclear fusion although there have been ideas and experiments. The most basic setup of a cold fusion cell consists of two electrodes submerged in a solution containing palladium and heavy water. The electrodes are then connected to a power source to transmit electricity from one electrode to the other through the solution, this process takes weeks to even show change. Scientists also haven't agreed on a single explanation or experimental method that results can be repeated. Currently there is no accepted model of how to complete cold fusion. Hope I answered your question enough.
