My parents are My dad picked up the English language very well so going back to school for him wasn't too bad, it helps that he's like really smart and a hard worker, he was employee of the month in January I remember my mom took some classes at the college I'm going too way back when I was like 4 She bought me doritos from the vending machine That day was cool yeah, i am X) my parents are cool, they picked up english over time. and my childhood was filled with cheetos and thats why im as chubby as i am today. it was that thing that every kid had, they were addicting. | I believe I am a very social person I love to have conversations My dad is also a medical assistant, got cut off from work a couple of years ago back when lots of people were losing their jobs My dad took it upon himself to go back to school and got his certificate for medical assistant Graduated from high school last year so I'm fresh out in this new adult world and being a medical assistant like my father seems pretty cool My mom was a CNA, she managed to go to school here and graduate without knowing a word of english, and i used to spend a lot of time with her at work because i was an asshole as a kid and faked being sick a lot, so hospitals and clinics always kind of interested me. | I go to a community college and school of course is gonna take a little bit longer for me I want to work this summer including during the next fall and spring semester so I'm just gonna aim for a certificate But yeah I'm still working through the prerequisite classes and when I'm done with those I can hopefully get into the program next year for the fall You should go for it! And if youre ever interested in continuing your education, some places will sponsor your education for a few years of work, im planning on working my way up. Hopefully youre social, though, youre going to have a lot of people to talk to! | School for me was a 6 month trade school, its a lot of book work and practice crammed together, but I enjoy it! You learn pretty much everything about the human body only to really need to know where to give shots, appropriate needle sizes, pretty much how to administer any kind of medicine, cleaning, setting up rooms for physicians, and how not to get sued. Youll catch on pretty quick.
