dude you're 6'4", you can conquer all. I'm 6'4" as well but only 170, though I look even skinnier because I'm mostly muscle...no matter what I do I will never be able to amount to the shear power you possess.

You'll find I'm 5'10" and 215 lbs. My body type closely resembles OP's. I've wide shoulders, and I've trained myself to look as if my fat is actually muscle. For this reason, people constantly overestimate my strength. I've had to resort to borderline fully charging people and acting like I casually bumped into them. I've dug myself a deep hole, and now I actually have to exercise to get out with my dignity intact.

Given that muscle weighs about 4 times (or something like that) as much as fat, I completely see where you're coming from. I'm in the opposite boat, my strength is underestimated so I surprise people with it. Not that I really want to fight people, but it's annoying when everybody thinks they're stronger than you when deep down you know they dont even lift.
