Goku's mother is mentioned in the original Dragon Ball manga when Raditz tells Goku that their parents have died along with planet Vegeta, and later when Vegeta pleas for Frieza's destruction.

She has a power level of zero...I'm not even kidding she is the only Saiyan on the entire planet who is afraid of fighting and killing.

Huh.I recall her being in Dragonball minus but I don't remember all that being written.

Maybe it's non canon since Bardock is always alone in his first movie.

Dragonball minus ignores a lot of what happened in that bardock movie but Toriyama still wrote it. I don't really know.

In all seriousness, canonically an airbender sold his entire race out to the fire nation because he was repilled into believing being an airbender sucks **** . Then he ends up dying like a retard to another fire bender.

I don't get one thing. Airbenders were based off monks right, so how do they breed? Or is that just one loophole they go on about because 'we need to preserve our race!'

Aang gave birth to 3 children. A Water Bender, A Non Bender being gifted Air Bending by Harmonic Convergence, and a Purebred Airbender.

Then Tenzin gave birth to 4 PureBreed Air Bending Children. Air Benders are pro family so they breed like rabbits and it's probably within their best interest that they do considering...they're endangered.

But we don't know for sure if that was entirely true before their genocide. How come we get to know the parents of other characters but not Aang's?

Because Aang's only real parent was Giatzo and the airbender who ratted out his race was a former student of Giatzo

Its similar to how Zhao was a pupil to the one fire bender in the White Lotus and he used his teachings for destruction because he believed fire bending only existed for violence and death
