Yes, but you've missed the point.
If you were to follow this philosophy completely, it would mean that we *should* let them be free, since we don't understand things from their perspective.
Laws are not in place because the majority created them to sustain peace, they are created because the majority of people think a given action is immoral, unfair, or dangerous. And in this case, and many others, you don't need to 'see things from their perspective' to understand why pedophilia is wrong.
Look at it this way--a lack of tolerance for other opinions is what allowed anti-semitism to develop so strongly in pre-WW2 Germany. But EXCESSIVE tolerance is what allowed them to get so big, and so far along in the war, before anyone else did something about it. Both are dangerous.

It realy isnt at the moment. Again we got a totally overhyped ubi game, poorly optimized with more bugs then BF 4 and all of its DLCs on their release dates combined. But lets see where its going.

As someone who has played a shitton of BF4 and are playing a shitton of Watchdogs these days, I must disagree with you.
Yes, Watchdogs is buggy, poorly optimized and overhyped, but in no way does it compare to BF4's constant crashes and netcode issues.
Within one week of launch, Watchdogs has managed to BSoD my pc issue solved with new graphic card drivers once whereas in the same time Battlefield managed to do it 12 times in the same period after its launch.
WatchDogs is buggy and BF4 is buggy, but comparing the two is like comparing a loud and smelly fart to the Fukushima catastrophe.
