Basically, from my understanding, yes. Ahh, so it is a problem, I've often wondered if it was. It would seem that no system is perfect, which I suppose means that there is a lot of work still to do. We have an advantage over past generations that we can communicate like this, speak from one nation to another in the pursuit of knowledge. I gotcha, that seems reasonable. However, I pose this question for you.

Let's say you're a brain surgeon in Denmark and you're one of the best in the world (you Danes are very smart). If you could, after all taxes, insurance and all that have $1,000,000 to play with or $20,000, where would you choose to work? In the US, if you're the best in am intellectual field, you can make obscene amounts of money. While that may not directly help the masses, as a result we are able to attract the best of all fields to our country to perform research and make advances that will put us above the technological curve.

Of course, that doesn't always work, but we try lol

Let me see if I get this straight... What you mean is, I get more money if I work in America than in Denmark right? Yes that would be a problem. That is one of the biggest problems in Denmark and in this system of which we live in. You see, there is SO many danes, whom moves out of Denmark once they got their free education and what not, so they can ''escape'' the high taxes.
Which is a clear fault in the system as far as I know.
