Gain muscle to decrease your body fat percentage instead of making the mistake so damn many people do (including myself at one point) and keep plunging their weight down. Put on 20 pounds. then drop 5 or 10 of fat. You're much better off doing that.

My tumbling routine. jk, guitar. I just joined/formed a metal band as rhythm guitar. I have the least playing experience but they say I'm good. I am still trying to up my speed because the drummer likes to play fast and I want to keep up. I should also be practicing my violin.
