| No, 'too' was the right use. He was saying that 'too' was not representative of the people since they don't have 'too' much of anything... except the bullshit that's constantly spouting at them through the media. "At least he doesn't want to take the country back five hundred years." >1500s So... all this country will be soon enough is a bunch of brown people running around killing each other and mutating dead corpses in balkanizied tribes, while the liberals try to spin what's happening as wonderful and peaceful, sounds about right actually. "Romney might have started World War 3" Obama is just as much of a Zionist ass kisser as Romney would have been. Romney only played with the Iran issue because it was a smart political move which turned into a talking-point. #12

Helegad (11/10/2012) [-] And continuing fucking with a country who has already flown three fully loaded passenger jets (almost four) into American buildings and sent the entire country into a state of ridiculous, self-imposed paranoia is a smart move? Fuck I love living in Australia. Even if our leader little more than a baboon, at least she doesn't put us all in danger from things that have less than nothing to do with our own personal lives. I doubt they'll pull shit like that again, we ARE a nuclear super-power. All it takes is one push of a button. FYI people are butthurt at your comment because it was a terrorist organization based out of Afghanistan that attacked the twin towers, not a country. The reason we invaded Iraq was because Saddam was a bully and Bush convinced the American people he was behind 9/11, even though he wasn't. And then many people believe we stayed there for oil, I don't because it seems to me that this war is costing more than we are making in oil but I don't know the numbers so I could be wrong. We stayed because we believed that the governments in the middle east were unstable and had nuclear capabilities The government was unstable but we quickly stabilized it. I'm not saying we should have pulled out the second we killed Saddam, there were power whores lining up the second he died, but after the first vote and once we got their military stabilized we should have left. And it wasn't very long before we realized they didn't have nuclear weapons, to be fair any country could have nuclear capabilities if they wanted it and were secretive #61

N. Korean citizen (11/10/2012) [-] Woah, hold up there sir. America invaded Afghanistan because of 9/11, not the other way around. Both you and abcdoremi need to get your timelines straight. The invasion of Iraq was because Bush believed they both had a part in the terrorist attacks of 9/11 and because he believed they had WMDs. He was mostly wrong on both counts, unfortunately. Oh definitely true, the constant need for our country to be at war had to bite us in the ass eventually. I'm not sure why we invaded Afghanistan in the first place, maybe there was a good reason probably not, but our leaders are always looking to start a war. They're narcissistic assholes and they want to be the one that started a useful war and look like a hero. No-one ever wants to be like Bill Clinton and just attempt to mind their own damn business, have a surplus instead of a deficit, and receive blowjobs all at the same damn time. He is naive as a foreigner; these middle eastern countries do not threaten the American mainland. We are in these countries now for more broader interests than just avenging 9/11. 9/11 is what gave the gateway to enter into the Middle East after the Cold War ended to apply our, and Israel's national policy. Romney argued that by pulling out so suddenly, the past decade would have been pointless. The same gangs which controlled Afghanistan and "extremists" who did Iraq will again rise to power and threaten American interests in the region. Romney was such a centrist, that it was hard to figure exactly what he would do. I'm sure a gradual pullout would have been amended to his national policy. #18

Helegad (11/10/2012) [-] It's their country, their oil. Peak oil is gonna happen sooner or later. Might as well just get it over and done with and wipe out half the population. If the extremist sand niggers come over to Western countries and try to take it over, the people will take care of that themselves. There is no fucking way I would submit to their baloney religion and disgusting, unethical treatment of human beings. I think they're still executing gay people over there. I'd rather get killed waging a war against the bastards. And most people would probably agree. I hope, anyway. It is of interest to remember that America is a non-White country now. There is no identity via common ancestry anymore in the urban regions; and thus your proposal of simply killing all the muslims would not get by. I share you sympathy when it comes to the immigration problems Australia faces, but it should be noted why these muslims are coming into your country in the first place, and the countries of Europe. If the vote in America would only be done only by Whites, Romney would have won in a landslide, even winning, get this, California. Whites are dying though, and they aren't having babies. This is true in your country, in other European countries, and in America. If you are concerned with the Muslim invasion of Europe, then you must work with people like me to try and spread the message of reform. The governments of the West must no longer look to immigration as a compensation for low native birthrates. #23

Helegad (11/10/2012) [-] Yeah, I might join with you when we all start naively holding hands and dancing even though everyone wants to kill everyone else anyway and nothing means anything anymore. America brought the terrorism on itself. You can't just go into someone's house and say "my vase broke and that vase should replace it therefore I have rightful interests and you gotta give it to me because my mother's going bat-shit crazy about it". And I never suggested killing all the Muslims. I can just see them trying to take over the Western countries by force when the opportunity presents itself (eg. during or after peak oil). Muslims have a very sick religion that does nothing but hurt people. I would never let a pack of rabid dogs like that take over my life. If countries just stayed peaceful with each other and followed each others rules, then there wouldn't be any terrorism. Just a lot of poking fun. America's the only real superpower left on the earth after the fall of the USSR. It is defined as one because: 1) Its economy is sustainable 2) Holds the most advanced military 3) Has a global sphere of influence With such, terrorism against the state is given. The countries who get left in the dust because of the American empire will get angry, and will of course try to avenge it. I agree with you when you say that 9/11 was brought upon the American government itself, that it wasn't some random act of terror or a strike against freedom, like George Bush famously put it. I would argue that Israel had everything to do with the motivations of the terrorists. With regard to your finishing statement on muslims, I don't like their culture either, but respect it. At this point I have lost identity with the governments of the West, and feel pity for the weak nations of the world which get picked on by the bigger governments. Take Yugoslavia as an example during Bill Clinton's kim jongistration. Why did America intervene in a region that had no interests to them? #27

Helegad (11/10/2012) [-] > Trillion dollar debt > Sustainable economy What? The ends must justify the means if something is to be successful. That money could have brought every. single. person. in low socio-economic America out of poverty. And then you would still have a very good deal of money left over. America is the king school yard bully to the rest of the world. Obama is trying, dude. But a trillion dollars is not something one man alone can manage. I think he realizes that. It will take many more years that what humanity probably has left to pay that off. Romney was a bigot. I think the main difference between Obama and Romney is that Obama can identify with the people while Romney can identify with the economy. Whatever you'd rather see get fixed quicker is what you'd vote for. In this case, the people won. Equality is much easier to fix than the debt (not to say it's going to be easy by any means, though). And it's not exactly like the countries America owes money to are desperately, desperately needing it. Life goes on. Money is not life. Money is a factor of life. We are not dollar bills, we are human beings. People should not die because of the governments actions. We vote for them to run the country, not kill us all. I don't have much time to talk, although it appears that we disagree with a lot of things. America's economy is sustainable because it can so easily borrow money to finance the debt. Your dream of a socialist-utopia was tried, you know. Please don't go there. Debt is just a number which doesn't matter when you're so powerful, as is the American state. If you think that nigger Jesus, Obama, is seriously a beacon of hope in an evil regime, you're mistaken. Obama has received campaign contributions from the same sources as did Romney, and he is part of the same two-party system which is split on merely a fake ideological divide. Both parties are bought out and will never be for the people. Especially when you look to the future, America lies as a Leftist country with a majority non-White population. It doesn't look good, and I have doubt in any future prosperity of this country. This is why I was sad with Romney not winning, he is the last drop of Conservatism this country will probably ever see. I think you should come to understand the following statement: "Might makes right." You can be crying all day over the fact that Africans are starving and dying everyday, but would you want those people in your house? We are living in such good conditions because of what our European ancestors achieved for us. The American nation does not owe anything to poorer countries or to the Chinese workers who labor relentlessly to make consumer goods. Life is how life is. China's economy, which we borrow all of our money from, is reliant on ours, so it works both way to expand upon my first point. #78

N. Korean citizen (11/13/2012) [-] (You say might makes right but your country is a shithole and you act as if you're oppressed, meaning you're wrong and they're right. See how that line of thinking is a load of horse shit? First off I unfortunately disagree with Helegad that conservatism will ever be dead especially in America due to its extreme Christian views. Also you say your country is leftist? I'm British and BOTH of your major parties are in the very right wing, our conservatives are as right wing as your liberal democrats are and your Republicans are extreme right wing, which are even too right wing for the conservatives of our country. Your 'powerful American state' can still become screwed if you continuously borrow money and please tell me, where was this 'Socialist-Utopia' attempted?. Your quote of "Might makes right" is so misguided its unbelievable and Africans are starving and dying because of our European ancestors exploiting them, so yes, we all owe something to the Africans but unfortunately Africa is a long way from coming out of poverty because it would be a disaster for developed countries if Africa became a powerhouse of low paid employees waiting for corporations to outsource foreign work to them, essentially becoming the next China. I'm sorry you don't agree with mine or Helegad's views but at least I attempt to look at all the views before throwing racist and ignorant comments around. Thank you for reading this. #34

Helegad (11/10/2012) [-] I'm not gonna make any more points after reading that. You're sick. Trapped in your own little bubble of patriotism and bigotry. No wonder you support Romney. People like you would rather see me dead for who I was born as than take anything I say even remotely seriously. The day will come where conservatism will be dead as a doornail. You can't stop the wheel, even if you throw all the spanners in the world at it. I will enjoy watching you people cry as "traditional" (read: outdated and completely uneducated) values are quashed under the boot of common sense and intelligence. Religion will be illegal one day (unless it is practiced totally privately and peacefully, I presume, to give people the freedom they deserve). Go fuck yourself with the American flag. I'm out. I agree, couldn't tell if Obama had too much wealth and too much of a politician or was also rich and also a politician. | ||
