the last two episodes blew my mind and destroyed my feelings

Maybe you can tell me if I'm alone in this or not.

I like RWBY in that I want to know the story.
But at the same time, I hate the storyboarding and progression of the episodes.
I have this "rule" when it comes to shows: an episode should not have to rely on another episode in order to be satisfying.

And to me, this most recent season is very guilty of that. Just a repeated formula of Fight scene + VAGUE cliffhanger. The fight scenes are either comprised of "okay take your turn to show off some LE EPIC moveset" or "haha a situational coincidence pushes our protagonists along! go team!", and then the cliffhangers are just characters arguing or hashing out a conversation over many episodes when it could have taken place in a SINGLE episode. Too much divide. .

For Christ's sake, it took 5 episodes of this formula to get to a good part with an actual "twist" or revealing detail.

Episodes 6 and 7 are satisfying, 1-5 are not, and I'm a bit spiteful for that, feeling like my loyalty is being greedily milked instead of rewarded.
Again, I watch continue to watch the show because the story and the world interest me, but I dislike how it's all being revealed and told.
Am I the only one who feels this way?

F1 cars don't necessarily flip due to lack of downforce, usually they flip backwards due to the front wheels lifting off the ground and the air hitting that big flat underbelly causing it to lift

There are spoilers for front wheel drive cars, but don't expect to see one on anything other than a track car.

both ends of the car needs traction to drive properly, even FWD. I'm not justifying the wing, but the drive wheels don't matter so much as how fast the car can go. As a majority of "ricer" wings added to street cars can't provide any useful downforce because the car just can't go fast enough to get enough air flow over it to matter. But a FWD car that gets up to triple digits benefits a lot more from a wing than a RWD that can't go above 80 mph.
