I could never say I think its the worst just because Jonathan is like the most heroic JoJo ever. Its awesome. Part 3 is worst in my opinion, but I still enjoy it immensely.

Part 3 was my least favorite when I first started it, just because I was like, "muh hamon!!1", but now I understand that it's really a good thing that they shifted focus to stands (although I wish that at least someone would use Hamon other than Joesph using it in like 2 episodes. **** , they ******* made a huge god damn deal about training with it in part 2. Why does Joseph not ******* use it all the time? But I digress). If they didn't change gears, the show would've gotten stale pretty fast. Now I can appreciate the importance of it.

On the topic of Jonathan. Yea he's super bad ass and heroic, but it's to a fault imo. That's literally his only character trait. Boring character is also why Giorno and Jotaro are tied for my second least favorite JoJo. Joseph, on the other hand, was a super dynamic character and has stayed my favorite JoJo.
