So much to choose from , I'm glad it's semester break :p But I only have enough money for about 3 games at the moment. Luckily hunting monsters satisfies for hundreds of hours! I won't rest until I have defeated that Fatalis sonofabitch, I never really managed that alone.

The last Pokemon game I've played was the actual Ruby (+mystery dungeon, that was awesome) so the Ruby remake should be interesting!

I've only ever played one Zelda game and that was Minish Cap.. which of those 3 do you recommend the most?

As for RPGs, those two look great. Although with the SMT series, I'll most likely get 4 before Persona because I have always been a fan of the original series. I don't know if you have played SMT:3 Nocturne on the PS2 but that was (and still is) the best game/RPG I have ever played.

I have so many games for the 3DS. I've had it since it came out, but it really depends on what you like. I love me some Pokemon (X,Y,Sapphire or Ruby), as well as Zelda(Link Between Worlds or OoT or Majora's Mask ) and Mario (3D Land, Luigi Mansion) games. Of course Super Smash Bros. Maybe Persona Q or Bravely Default for RPGs. There is a lot to choose from I think

That sounds neat! Perhaps that's even an improved SnS, that would be fantastic. I never liked the super big weapons, way too slow and no way too run around a lot or even do combos. I'll use the release day to try everything out and then I'll be prepared for almost anything :p

Most likely SnS again. I loved it in Unite and from what I have seen it's even better now. I'll take a look at all the new weapons as well, though, charge blade and switch axe look interesting! But I am almost positive I'll stick with SnS, I'm stubborn and it's too enjoyable to abandon
User avatar #2918 - jakabok (02/07/2015) [-]
I found the switch axe a little difficult to wield. It wasn't exactly terrible... but the option to swing slow or very slow wasn't appealing to me. I really like the charge blade because you essentially get two weapon types. The great axe knocks the beast down and the sns to get in and out quick

That was my plan as well. No more straining my fingers for hours I hope! What's your weapon of choice?
User avatar #2906 - jakabok (02/07/2015) [-]
Switching from the long sword to the charge blade. I really, really enjoyed it in the demo. You?

Most likely SnS again. I loved it in Unite and from what I have seen it's even better now. I'll take a look at all the new weapons as well, though, charge blade and switch axe look interesting! But I am almost positive I'll stick with SnS, I'm stubborn and it's too enjoyable to abandon

I found the switch axe a little difficult to wield. It wasn't exactly terrible... but the option to swing slow or very slow wasn't appealing to me. I really like the charge blade because you essentially get two weapon types. The great axe knocks the beast down and the sns to get in and out quick

That sounds neat! Perhaps that's even an improved SnS, that would be fantastic. I never liked the super big weapons, way too slow and no way too run around a lot or even do combos. I'll use the release day to try everything out and then I'll be prepared for almost anything :p

Sounds like a plan. Send me your friend code when you get one!

Do you have, like, a psn or just an e-mail address in the meantime? I don't really wanna post anything in here and I won't be getting a 3ds until release day.

Think sony will despise me once they find out that I am spreading 3ds friend codes in their own messaging system? Their fault for not supporting such a great series Imagine cooking cats on the big screen!

I played Monster Hunter 3 ult on the Wii U so it was on the big screen but the online was garbage!

I played 3 on the normal Wii at my cousin's but I didn't like the underwater battles that much. Here's to hope for fluent online play on the! 3ds Do you have any other recommendations for games on the 3ds? I don't want to get the handheld for only one game again, haha.

Count me in! But nothing too scary, let's kick some Rathalos ass, I haven't been hunting since the PSP days. Anything but fucking Plesioth.
