That's probably where I'm lacking, I don't watch my nutrition like I should. I just steer clear of high sugar and a ton of fats.

I just eat high protein, and make sure I get around 4000 calories a day. I'm only 19 so I got plenty of time to reach my goals.

i hear you you, you got plenty of time for the gainz, but just a heads up, fats are actually very important whether you are bulking or cutting, dont aviod the fats! fat doesnt cause fat gain, excess calories do! gl brah

I've heard that running increases leg mass. Can't forget cardio either.

Imagine being a hulky mess and just falling over when your heart fails. A lot of good that mass of muscle will be then.

You can get cardio in by doing supersets? Too much cardio eats muscle mass. SO yeah not so much. Lifting actually improves vascular function.

The benefits of cardio are not the same as "supersets". Anaerobic exercises for cardiovascular development isn't as good as normal cardio, of course, but if you're going to cut corners and take short cuts by all means go ahead.
