Aiit, Gold Coast if you want to get drunk at clubs beaches etc, it's also where our theme parks are. Sydney is more touristy more people have heard of it. Melbourne has great shopping and restaurants, also is the closest major city to Phillip Island which someone else mentioned in a comment below, it also has the best coffee in the world (not major places like starbucks or something, those are shit) Melbourne is also home to the best casino in Australia (can you tell I'm from Melbourne haha). The great barrier reef which is off the coast of queensland is simply amazing. Ayers rock (y'know the big ass rock) is probably worth a mention too, is awesome to see in person and you can actually climb it too (weather permitting).Also kings canyon which is more or less around the same area is a great hike take like a billion litres of water but. Broome on the western side of Australia is great if you want to just kick back and relax, got an awesome beach. If you come during winter there are ski resorts through the states of Victoria and New South Wales (it snow in Australia wtf right) although it tends to be a bit expensive. Also rainforests in Queensland and forests and valleys and others spread out through the country (we've got everything lol)

Visit the Outback Spectacular in Queensland. It's a great show.

I lived there for a year. didnt die, amazingly, but definitely go diving on the Great Barrier Reef. Basically the whole East Coast is gorgeous, the Whitsunday Islands, Fraser Island, Byron Bay, Sydney.

The airport so you can fly the fuck outta there

I've been to Australia. I recommend:

Ayers rock.
Kings Canyon.
Phillip Island (The Penguin Parade).
The great Ocean Road.

There are also a lot of rain forests, which you can check out.
