Ok, can you help out with the power supply?? How much more expensive would it be to up it to 12 gigs of ram? Im sorry if im asking alot, I just have no idea about parts.

upgrading to 16 gigs of ram and upgrading the power supply would put the price at the max you said your budget was, you also would need an operating system (if you dont already have a copy of one) which would put you over your budget
